Many may find this hard to believe, but John DeLorean, father of the Muscle Car, and his own car company, has never been inducted into the Automotive Hall of Fame.  After a recent visit to the Hall with a group of DeLorean fans, we made contact with a tour guide that is a huge JZD fan and is already making the case for an induction. We asked what we could do to help the push for his induction. We were told to fill out a nomination request and mail it in to the hall. Below is the download for the nomination form (2 pages). Justification for Nomination:

While at Packard he developed the "Ultramatic". The first aluminum-housed transmission. While at Pontiac he developed the G.T.O. During his time as General Manager and North American V.P of General Motors, profits increase 400%. In 1975 he founded the DeLorean Motor Company. In 1981, after years of development, the distinct vehicle named the "DMC-12" was available for sale. Approximately 9,200 vehicles were produced.
